新的月份到來，在此也預先恭喜有機會達成季分紅獎勵的會員們，你們都是本平台的共同創辦人及股東，因為大家一起努力與奉獻才讓這個平台有機會日益茁壯！
我們也藉著新的季度即將到來之際，向各位共同創辦人們報告新的營運計畫：

一、M幣轉讓安全交易廳的運作狀況：新的M幣轉讓安全交易廳啟用後，可以預期往後會員與會員之間的M幣轉讓將會愈來愈順利。而根據我們的觀察，在第一階段的M幣轉讓手續費調漲後，使用M幣轉讓安全交易廳進行M幣交換有持續增加之趨勢。然而，有不少會員向我們反映，還是有許多的會員不依照當初本平台建議的M幣匯差來進行交易。為了不讓該情況繼續惡化，本平台不排除再次調漲M幣轉讓手續費，如再次調漲手續費後此情形依舊無法改善，我們或許會考慮暫時關閉會員與會員間「M幣轉讓」之功能。因此，建議會員盡可能使用M幣轉讓安全交易廳來進行M幣交易。未來我們也會請工程技術人員陸續修正程式，以提供更佳且更完善的功能供會員們使用。

二、新的M幣轉讓安全交易廳主名額開放申請：在七月份發放季分紅獎勵之後，本平台將會開放第二階段廳主名額供會員們申請，我們尤其希望位於「香港、馬來西亞、中國及新加坡」地區的會員申請成員廳主來測試及服務其他會員。

三、對「擁有季分紅獎勵」資格會員之額外報酬：隨著愈來愈多的VIP會員贊助升級，本平台第一階段的共同創辦人名額也即將在2015年12月份能夠達成5萬人次的里程碑，在此也感謝所有參與贊助升級的VIP會員。依顧問公司之規劃及建議，如VIP會員具有「季分紅獎勵」資格者，將額外獲得本平台的優先記名股東資格，並且在創始會的論壇也能擁有初階管理員的資格。具有管理員資格的會員，除了擁有參與各項決議的投票權，並將依照加入時間及對於平台的貢獻度來調整其權限。此外，具管理員資格的會員將獲得經營團隊專屬的額外技術股份；而未來的平台線上客服也將從具管理員資格的會員中遴選，為了感謝他們的辛勞，這些會員除了可以獲得貢獻值的報酬傭以外，也將獲得額外的特別股。詳細的實施辦法將於2016年年初正式公布，敬請期待。

四、平台程式未來開發方向報告：
1.繼續加強M幣轉讓安全交易廳的功能；
2.開發個人銷售平台讓會員可以對外招攬廣告業務；
3.開放積分/貢獻值商城，未來可以讓更多的廠商及贊助商入駐商城，而會員也可以透過網路分享來獲得贊助商品及貢獻值；
4.加強M幣帳戶的安全性及防火牆：由於M幣有其價值，往往成為不肖人士覬覦的對象。因此本平台將委任更高階的資安人員來協助本平台對於M幣的控管，避免駭客攻擊造成會員的損失；
5.平台收入多元化：除了原先廣告欄位招租外，將陸續開始增加不同的業務收入，例如：網站流量、FB按讚分享、影音廣告、異業結盟....等。
6.貢獻值兌換特別股份功能及兌換比例檢討及研究；
7.研擬「共同創辦人」簽署同意書之內容及方式；
8.創投網站新增數量。

We would like to share our new operation plan to all co-founders whilethe new quarter is coming.
1. Operation of M-coin transaction hall: After theinauguration of M-coin transaction hall, it has been expected that exchange ofM-coins between members shall be made smoother. However according to ourobservation, after the increase of service charge in the first stage, despitethe fact that there are more and more people doing such kind of exchanges, alot of members have told us that some members do not follow the recommendedexchange rate for such transaction. To avoid this from worsening, we mayincrease the service charge again and if this persists, the function of M-coinexchange between members privately may be temporarily suspended. Thus, we arerecommending members making use of the hall to do such transactions. Technicalstaff has also been invited to fine-tune the system so to make the systembetter.

2. Open registration for new supervisor of M-cointransaction halls: After the dividend to be made in July, our platform willopen registration for new supervisor of M-coin transaction hall. We also hopethat members from “Hong Kong, Malaysia, China and Singapore” will make suchapplications to serve other members.

3. Extra bonus for members with “Rights of earning quarterlydividend”: While more and more VIP members are upgrading, our first stage ofco-founders will be reaching a total of 50,000 by December 2015. We would liketo express our gratitude on this matter and in accordance with suggestions andproposal given by our consultancy firms, if VIP members own the right of beingoffered “Seasonal Dividend”, they will be further offered the priority listedshareholder right, and they will also be granted the administrator’s rights forour venture forum. Members who own the rights of being administrators will beable to vote while making various decisions, and further adjustments on rightswill be made in accordance with the period they join the platform. They willalso be offered extra technical shares and customer service officers in thefuture will also be selected among members. To express our gratitude to theircontributions, other than being granted the bonus according to theircontribution values, they will also be offered extra special shares and detailswill be announced in early 2016.

4. Future operationplan of platform:
(1) Further strengthening the functions of M-coin transaction hall
(2) Developing personal sales platform so members could attract externaladvertising businesses
(3) Online malls based on scores/contributions values will be launched socompanies and sponsors will be able to join the mall, and members will be ableto make use of it to claim goods and rewards
(4) Strengthening the security and firewall of M-coin accounts: As M-coinshas its own value and a lot of abuses could happen. Thus, information securitypersonals of higher ranking will be employed to monitor this to avoid lostcaused by any hacking
(5) Multi-facet of incomes of this platform: Other than the original advertisingfields, more functions which generate income will be brought. This includesvisitors rate of website, number of LIKEs on Facebook, adverts of movies andaffiliation across different businesses
(6) Research on functions of conversions between contribution values andshares
(7) Proposing agreement form of “Co-founders”
(8) Number of newly joined start-up websites
